A great piece of gear. It is well made and feels like a vintage tool. The wooden handle fits nicely in my hand and is comfortable to use and a great price. I originally purchased it to help clean between the deck boards on my deck, which it is great for (it would be great if it had a long handle, but I survived). Nothing else worked. Screwdriver was too thick and putty nice did not have the forward hook to help get small rocks and sand build-up. I have also used it to get weeds out from between cracks and crevice's in the yard.
Looks like it will be a very good tool to use in the yard.

It works. Three pieces screw together and are solid and strong. Get it centered over weed and in two actions the weed will either be caught with the tool or pulled out and waiting to be picked up. For weeds that have roots that require a shovel to get into your soil this is the tool. Was successful with every attempt today.

As we get older, it literally is a pain to be one's knees all day pulling weeds and tending to the garden. This sturdy tool allows me to stand up and easily pull out the weeds - removing pretty much the entire root. This tool seems best for weeds or plants with a strong deep central root. Not so much for broad wide plants with thin widely dispersed roots. Solid metal construction - cast metal head. Seems very sturdy. Hoping for the best!

Does a really great job. Bottom part is made of metal & very sturdy. Great at getting lots of weeds without killing your back. Gets big roots better than I could by hand or with other tools. I love this thing!
